Hervey Bay Basketball President Matt Baker said the camp would take place in Sunday 15 January 2023 – catering for players aged five to adults.
Matt said the having professional players visit the region was an exciting opportunity.
“Local players will be able to engage with members of other teams and take their game to the next level through the intensive coaching sessions”, he said.
The summer camp sessions are expected to be a hit considering the increased popularity in the sport.
“Basketball in booming in our region with close to 600 players now taking part in weekly games.
