Local businesswomen who attended last Friday’s event may have gotten the chance to meet Jess.

She’s designed a workshop to help raise your level of self-love and self-worth.

“I truly believe that the way that we as women view ourselves sets the foundation for all that we achieve, whether it be in our personal life or in our businesses,” said Jess.

“You will be given a workbook on arrival that we will work through together and once we are complete, we will end with a beautiful visualisation meditation before heading out to mingle with each other.”
