“Launching the Coronis Brand in Hervey Bay is really exciting,” said Amelia.

“With 12-years’ experience in property management, this is my area of expertise.”

Coronis is one of the fastest growing real estate brands in Australia and is currently expanding into regional centres across the country.

“The real estate industry, especially property management is all about relationships built on trust. It is paramount that you trust the brand you are engaging with to protect your biggest asset.

“And this must be backed up by reliable service and experience.”

Amelia said building a great relationship with the person you deal with on a day-to-day basis is just as important.

“As the Coronis franchisee operating within the Hervey Bay area, investors are always dealing directly with the business owner. This means my clients will have the opportunity to build a great relationship with me and not just get lost in a big portfolio or be subject to staff turnover,” she said.

Amelia encouraged investors to reach out so she can help manage their properties.

“I have a unique way of delivering property management. My service goes above and beyond the industry standard of only focusing on tenancy management.

“I have a goal to change the local property management game and make renting a great experience for investors and tenants alike.

“One of the biggest complaints in property management is customer service and this, coincidentally, is one of my favorite focus areas.

“Property management is a personable service and I always guarantee I will uphold my promises regarding the service all clients receive.”

Amelia said she had worked hard to grow her reputation as a property manager who goes above and beyond the industry standard when it comes to service delivery.

“I look at why landlords buy investment properties in the first place. I put myself in their shoes and prioritise how their biggest asset should be protected.”
