FRASER Coast residents affected by the flooding can seek emotional support and psychological first aid at a Community Recovery Hub from this weekend.
The facility will operate out of the Maryborough Pensioners Hall at 84 Adelaide Street from Sunday morning (6 March).

The hub will be open between 9am and 5pm.
It will offer services such as:
- Emotional support and psychological first aid
- Assistance with State Government Personal Hardship grant applications and information and advice from various agencies on how to manage a safe and successful recovery.

The Hub will also include information and support services from organisations such as:
- Australian Red Cross
- Lifeline
- Maryborough Neighbourhood Centre
- Housing Services
- Centrelink
- Insurance Council
- Qld Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) and Department of Small Business
