Seaside Skin and Beauty recently added a host of features to its website to make browsing the full-service list, booking appointments and purchasing skin care products that much easier.

Owner Jazmin Peek said she’s received positive feedback since the new features went live.

“All of my clients have said they really enjoy the online booking element of the website. It’s easy and shows available sessions in real time,” said Jazmin.

“It’s definitely been a positive addition to the business.”

Seaside Skin and Beauty opened its doors in August 2020.

“We have grown a steady stream of regular clients in that time and the new website is a positive sign in terms of growth.”

Jazmin’s hands-on role in the company means she is not always able to answer calls from clients wanting to make bookings.

“The new system is really user-friendly and it allows people to view all my available slots in real time,” she said.

Clients can select the service they are after and check the times when they can come in – whether it’s a booking made in advance or a spur-of-the-moment request for some rest and relaxation.

After clicking on the ‘Book Now’ tab on the website’s homepage, clients can view the cost per service and the amount of time each element takes.

“I love the new system, it’s easy for me and the clients to use and it’s all right there on the website.”
