It’s a passion and a positive outlet for many Fraser Coast residents.

So, when it came time to reward several passionate artists for their contribution to the arts, the Hervey Bay RSL was happy to support the Hervey Bay Art Society’s annual competition with a $500 Community Grant to cover the cost of prizes.

The artists had been giving their brush bristles a workout for the past few months while preparing for the highly anticipated 37th Competitive Art Exhibition at Gatakers Artspace on July 3.
