IMAGINE being read a story by a real-life astronaut on the International Space Station.
Sounds out of this world, doesn’t it?
But that awesome opportunity will become a reality for children across Australia on National Simultaneous Storytime tomorrow.
This year’s book Give Me Some Space by award-winning picture book creator Philip Bunting will be read by astronaut Dr Shannon Walker from the International Space Station.
Dr Walker will read the book at 11am.
Give Me some Space was named a Children’s Book Council of Australia 2021 Notable Book.
