PHOTOS: FCAC marks ANZAC Day and milestone anniversary with special assembly

FRASER Coast Anglican College marked ANZAC Day and its 26th birthday with a special assembly last week.

The college invited students’ families and grandparents for a service that included an address by John Holms from the Hervey Bay RSL.

A wreath was then placed below the Australian flag while a student played The Last Post.

In addition to honouring the country’s servicemen and women, a six-tier cake depicting the colleges, students, colours, houses and chapel was then cut to celebrate the school’s anniversary.

FCAC turned 25-years-old last year but the college was unable to mark the occasion due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
