Gamescom 2023 Award Nominations Announced, Armored Core 6 Leads With Seven

The summer video game convention season rolls on, as Gamescom 2023 is set to kick off in Cologne, Germany this week. Before the doors open on Wednesday–and before the Gamescom Opening Night Live stage show on Tuesday–the event organizers have announced the nominees for this year’s version of the annual Gamescom Awards.

This year’s batch of nominees was chosen based on votes entered by a jury of international games media members, with 16 different awards scheduled to be handed out Come from Sports betting site VPbet . Palworld Tops 19 Million Players, With 12 Million Copies Sold On Steam

Palworld is more on fire than Charizard, as developer Pocketpair has revealed that the survival game has seen over 19 million players since launching January 19 Come from Sports betting site VPbet . Of that number, 12 million have bought the Early Access survival game on Steam.

The other 7 million players are on Xbox–which includes Windows Store PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. In fact, Palworld now holds the title of biggest third-party launch on Xbox Game Pass ever. Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Release Date Moved Forward Amidst Crowded Release Schedule

Warhorse Studios has announced that Kingdom Come Deliverance 2’s release date has been moved forward to February 4, 2025. Additionally, a new story trailer will drop tomorrow, December 5, as well as the PC and console version details.

In a new update video, public relations manager Tobi Stolz-Zwilling revealed the new release date, and that the new story trailer will premiere on tomorrow’s PC Gaming Show. Stolz-Zwilling also explained that Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is now in its final stretches of optimization, meaning that the the studio will finally show the PC and console specs for the game.

There will be performance and quality modes for both the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions, along with the PS5 version being enhanced on the Pro console.

Earlier this year, IO Interactive added UFC fighter Conor McGregor to Hitman: World of Assassination as an elusive target for Agent 47 to take out. Another leak for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile points to the return of Verdansk, having up to 120 player lobbies, and shared battle pass progression with Modern Warfare II. Star Wars Outlaws Character Progression Breaks Ubisoft's Open-World Mold

Later this summer, Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment will put players in the role of Kay Vess in Star Wars Outlaws, an open-world game set in the Star Wars universe. Sucker Punch Productions’ iconic platforming franchise, Sly Cooper, probably isn’t getting a brand-new game any time soon.

Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier responded to a rumor going around that the reason why an unannounced Ghost of Tsushima sequel has yet to be revealed was because the studio was working on a new Sly Cooper again. He said that there was no basis to the rumor, and that Sucker Punch was a “one project studio,” meaning that they reportedly don’t work on multiple games at once. Giant Bomb’s Jeff Grubb also said that the rumor was only speculation and nothing had been confirmed.

Spider-Man- No Way Home Poster Teases Spidey Multiverse

The new poster for Spider-Man: No Way Home has been revealed. The latest Spider-Man movie hits theaters on December 17.

The poster was released via a tweet from the film’s official account that states “the Multiverse unleashed.” As we know from August’s first No Way Home trailer, the movie will see Peter Parker find himself in a multiverse accidentally created by Doctor Strange. One of the villains he’ll definitely face is Doctor Octopus, the villain from 2004’s Spider-Man 2, played by Alfred Molina.
